Ever Care Charity Foundation and School of Philosophy and Social Sciences, Lanzhou University Sign Strategic Cooperation Memorandum

On November 8, 2024, the Ever Care Charity Foundation and the School of Philosophy and Social Sciences at Lanzhou University held a signing ceremony for a strategic cooperation memorandum at the Qi Yun Building of Lanzhou University. The ceremony was attended by Chen Xingjia, Founder of the foundation; Wang Pantao, Chairman of the foundation; Sun Liguo, Party Secretary of the School of Philosophy and Social Sciences; and Zhou Yaping, Vice Dean of the School.  

At the ceremony, Sun Liguo, Party Secretary of the School of Philosophy and Social Sciences, warmly welcomed and expressed his gratitude to Chen Xingjia and his team. He highlighted that Ever Care Charity Foundation began its operations in Gansu and has maintained close communication with the School of Philosophy and Social Sciences in 2023. The two parties initiated a series of medical social work professional practice sharing sessions, which have successfully been held ten sessions so far, contributing to breakthroughs in the field of medical social work in Gansu. Cooperation has also been reached in talent cultivation, teaching and research, and industry advancement. The signing of this strategic cooperation agreement will elevate their collaboration to new heights.  

Chen Xingjia expressed gratitude for the support and recognition from the School of Philosophy and Social Sciences and shared the achievements of the “Children Leukemia Care” in Gansu, which has been implemented for a year. The program has served over 220 children, investing more than 10 million yuan, significantly reducing the economic burden on the families of the children. Additionally, the program has partnered with organizations such as the SHIYU Children Foundation and Rainbow Volunteer Club to provide comprehensive medical social work services for the families.  

Looking ahead, both parties will integrate their resources and focus on in-depth cooperation in multiple areas, including talent development, teaching and research, and industry promotion. They will jointly explore innovative practices in the field of medical social work, with the aim of contributing more wisdom and strength to the public welfare and charitable work in Gansu.
